- Provide professional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints, offer timely solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear solutions.
- Determine when to escalate customer issues to other departments or senior staff.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve help tickets effectively.
- Document actions, categorize cases, and report potential bugs for engineering team review.
- Keep all job-related administrative documentation up-to-date.
**Requirements**: - Must be native or fluent in Russian (C1 level) and fluent in Polish (minimum B2 level).
- Prior experience in similar customer support roles is required.
- Experience with live chat support and proficient typing skills are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical terms for non-technical users.
- A resourceful and resilient personality that can adapt and remain composed in various situations.
- Capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision and managing time effectively.
- Must be able to work independently and also be an active team player.
