Customer Support Advisor

O que procura nos candidatos - Have an interest in sports 
- Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications), with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Previous experience in call center 6 months (mandatory)
- Availability to work on rotational shifts
-  Portuguese European (Native) + English (B2) - both languages written and oral

Que funções irão desempenhar - Providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels.
- Respond to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.

- Complexity bonus (gross): 80€ x 11

Outros aspectos a referir - Monday to Sunday – 24/7 - Rotative shifts including night shifts. Days off: 2 days (rotative)
