Analyze customer data for trends. Maintain deep product knowledge. Assist with setup and navigation. Upsell services and manage clients to targets. Develop launch plans for new accounts. Daily KPI management for clients. Oversee accounts of publishers and advertisers. Troubleshoot and offer technical assistance. Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to empathise with customers. Passion for gaming and experience in the gaming industry. Experience in customer support or a related field. Familiarity with common customer support tools and platforms. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking for solutions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems is a plus.
