Team up and apply now as Customer Success Engineer. What You'll Do:

Establish regular communications with customers in order to understand their needs to help shape the product roadmap
Understand how customers use our products and make recommendations on how they can realize additional value by using our products
Develop customer advocates
Lead the Industry User Groups that include regular meetings with customers from world leading companies in Semiconductors, Medical Devices, Electronics and Discrete Manufacturing
Conduct and follow-up on customer satisfaction surveys
Follow-up and drive to resolution issues that cause customer dissatisfaction
Participate in Industry Consortiums to define standards
Participate in the company Marketing Industry Groups
Be a product evangelist that actively presents, promotes, and markets new product modules and features to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements
What You Must Have:

More than 2 years of professional experience with Enterprise level software (e.g.: CRM, ERP, PLM, Document Management)
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering topics
Ability to take the initiative with little supervision and to cope with a fast-changing environment, with moving targets and changing priorities
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to prepare and deliver concise and clear presentations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and discuss both business and product concepts
Excellent English skills – spoken and written

What We Consider a Plus (Not Mandatory):

Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Prior experience with manufacturing software
