Customer Service With Native French

Do you have experience in customer service? Are you fluent in French? We're looking for you!

Our client is a multinational chemical and gas company. It is the world's largest industrial gases company in terms of market share and revenues.

Tasks
What will you be doing?

You will provide assistance by phone, email or chat for simple and complex customer questions that have an impact on the company's performance.

You will guide customers through the online store.

You will ensure that customer data received is stored accurately and on time.

Transfer requests to the appropriate department.

Requirements
You're the person we're looking for if:

You have a high school diploma.

You are able to communicate effectively by telephone and e-mail with customers on a daily basis.

You have a C2 level in French and B2 in English.

You are proactive and determined to respond quickly to actions.

You have a basic knowledge of SAP and Office tools.

You are able to work as part of a results-oriented team.

You are ready to take on new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.

You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.
