Role Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00.
Training: Enjoy 2 weeks of comprehensive training from the comfort of your home, followed by a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.
Location: Please note that this position is only available in the Lisbon area.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in German.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
