Role Overview:
In this role, you will be the go-to person for our customers, helping them with various inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing questions about subscriptions, solving billing issues, and offering technical support, all with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Duties:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer calls with professionalism, offering guidance and support tailored to their needs.
Issue Resolution: Deliver personalized solutions to address subscription questions, billing problems, and technical challenges.
Team Collaboration: Live the companys values and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
What You Need:
Language Skills: Fluency in French at a native or C2 level is required.
No Previous Experience Required: We welcome those eager to learn and develop their skills in customer service.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess a valid EU ID or residence card.
Position Details:
Work Location: This role is based in our office in Porto, with all work performed on-site.
Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 7 pm.
Start Date: We are looking for candidates who can begin in December.
