As a Customer Service Specialist , you will support users by offering guidance and solutions to enhance their experience with the platform, providing excellent service and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for platform users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions through phone, email, and chat.
Offer technical support, helping users navigate the platforms features and functionality.
Ensure high-quality customer interactions by providing real-time solutions and clear communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, tracking inquiries and resolutions.
What Youll Need: Proficiency in French (C2) with strong communication skills.
Experience in customer service is a plus, particularly in tech or healthcare settings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
