Role Summary:
As a French Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs across various areas such as subscriptions, billing, and technical issues. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is smooth, positive, and leaves them with a solution.

Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, providing clear and efficient support on a range of topics.
Problem Resolution: Identify and solve issues related to subscriptions, billing, and technical challenges, delivering personalized and effective solutions.

What You'll Need:
Language Skills: Native-level French or C2 proficiency is required.

Job Specifics:
Location: This position is based in our office in Porto and requires on-site presence.
Working Hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, with hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
Start Date: We are seeking candidates who can start in December.
