Job Description Customer Service Specialist A successful Customer Service Specialist is someone who manages calls, tickets, emails and helps maintain customer satisfaction and retention. This position will manage customer inquiries and complaints and resolve requests, via calls or tickets. It is the front line of the company, a point of contact between customers and Bluwalk. The job will require you to: Manage customer orders through email, telephone, and ticketing systems; Maintain a strong focuson customer requests and retention; Address and resolve complaints and inquiries via phone, email, or helpdesk; Serve as a gatekeeper for the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering professional support in a positive and empathetic manner; Adhere to established procedures, guidelines, and communication policies; Offer feedback and propose solutions to enhance our services and processes. Qualifications The ideal candidate: At least 1 year of experience in customer service; Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of people; Strong skills in telephone handling and active listening; Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal; With an entrepreneurialattitude, drive, and positivity; A person who does more with less and strives for high standards of quality; Conversational proficiency in English; University degree (a plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr
