Job Description:
You are the new point of contact for our current and potential customers. The telephone agent will manage our customers' telephone calls, providing accurate information. It will professionally resolve any incident presented within the guidelines provided and will offer new UPS products whenever requested, as well as attract new customers.

What do we expect from you?
Essential knowledge of English and Portuguese. Your customers and colleagues speak several languages, so it is important that you can communicate with them in English.
Knowledge of other languages is valued.
Computer knowledge at user level.
Good communication and business skills; experience is desirable but not required.
Education level: 12th grade.
Availability to work from 12pm to 8pm (1 hour lunch).
