Job Description: Customer Service Representative (German Market) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the German market.
Based in vibrant Lisbon, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support our German-speaking customers while collaborating with a diverse and inclusive team.
Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries from German-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
Provide accurate and timely responses to resolve customer issues effectively.
Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in the internal system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and insights.
Requirements Language Skills: Native or C2-level proficiency in German (written and spoken).
Minimum C1-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Professional Skills: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools and software.
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite or similar applications.
Other Attributes: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
