O que procura nos candidatos Our Multinational Client is looking for a Customer Service Representative – Porto, Portugal!

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Porto, Portugal
Languages: German + English
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with a possibility of change to 8:00 am 8:00 pm in the future)
Workplace: Porto Office Park
Department: Customer Support & Banking
Responsibilities:
– Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients via phone, chat, and email (including appointments, income statements, PIN/TAN orders for online banking, implementation of card blocking, mediation between the customer and other bank branches, and feedback).
– Provide excellent and nimble customer service experience, continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall customer experience.
– Use adequate tools, processes, and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information.
– Present the product range in a sales-oriented way and support central marketing campaigns.
Additional Details:
– Relocation support provided.
– Abroad: 4 weeks in a hotel + up to 700 reimbursement after 90 days.
– From Portugal: 2 weeks in a hotel + up to 150.
– Training: 2 weeks + 1 week of nesting (100% on-site).
Requirements:
– Fluency in German and English.
– Strong communication skills.
– Ability to work within a team.
– Customer-centric mindset.
