Start: 30rd October,  13th November and 4 th December On-site: Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 07:00PM (Rotational shifts)Saturday: 08:00 AM - 03:00 PM2 days off: Sunday and 1 rotational dayTasks:Answering customer requests by phone regarding their current credit and any new project inquiries.Analyzing customer needs to personalize interactions, better understand their expectations, reassure them, and provide the most suitable financing options.Developing a long-lasting and high-quality relationship to enrich the customer portfolio within our Relational Excellence framework.Optimizing each contact (incoming and outgoing calls) by identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.Managing assigned files in compliance with procedures and safety rules, demonstrating exemplary behavior, particularly in terms of rigor and integrity.                  Profile:French C2, English B2Benefits:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceLife InsuranceMeal allowance + Transport allowancePrivate health insurance
