Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Assist customers with product information and technical support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken). Proficient in English; additional languages are an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service roles preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
