Job Title: Customer Service Representative (French, Italian, German, Dutch) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Days Off: 2 days off per week (Rotational) About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lisbon.
This position requires fluency in German , and will focus on providing excellent customer support.

As part of a multicultural team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
The role operates in rotational shifts, offering a dynamic and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to German speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product/service information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling all interactions professionally.
Ensure customer interactions are logged and tracked accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
Meet and exceed performance targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements: Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
