What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Manage supplier invoices in the internal system.
Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts.
Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails.
Evaluate the need for escalation.
Put suppliers in contact with the client in case of necessity.
Your qualifications

Have a high level of French and fluent English (C2 - written and oral).
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills.
Are autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of cases.
