Customer Service French

Do you have experience in customer service? Are you fluent in French? We're looking for you!

Our client is a multinational chemical and gas company. It is the world's largest industrial gases company in terms of market share and revenues.

Tasks What will you be doing?

- You will provide assistance by phone, email or chat for simple and complex customer questions that have an impact on the company's performance.

- You will guide customers through the online store.

- You will ensure that customer data received is stored accurately and on time.

- Transfer requests to the appropriate department.

Requirements You're the person we're looking for if:

- You have a high school diploma

- You are able to communicate effectively by telephone and e-mail with customers on a daily basis.

You have a C2 level in French and B2 in English. -You are proactive and determined to respond quickly to actions.

- You have a basic knowledge of SAP and Office tools.

- You are able to work as part of a results-oriented team.

- You are ready to take on new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.

- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.
