Customer Service Representative

Location : Braga, Portugal

Contract Type : Fixed-term (CDD) 6 months

Start Date : 4th December 2024

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), 07 : 00 AM 08 : 00 PM (Rotational shifts)

Days Off : Sunday + 1 rotational day off

Salary :

830 per month (14 payments per year)

170 per month (12 payments per year)

Benefits :

Meal Allowance : 7.23 per day

Transport Allowance : 20 per month

Health Insurance : Provided from day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months)

Position Bonus (Braga) : 20 per month (paid over 12 months)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with inquiries related to products or services, addressing issues and offering solutions.

Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication with customers.

Handle customer requests efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements :

Fluency in French (written and spoken).

Basic knowledge of English (for communication with colleagues).

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
