Requirements
Our client is a great match if you: Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian, and advanced level of English;Have 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience;Have call center experience;Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;Have strong computer navigation skills (you don't need to be a pc nerd, don't worry);Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
