We are looking for Spanish and English speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team in Matosinhos.

Your duties:

Inbound customer service by phone and/or e-mail.

Documentation of customer concerns.

Providing price and product information.

Processing customer complaints and troubleshooting.

Maintain customer satisfaction & loyalty.

Your skills:

Good communication skills in Spanish and English (fluent).

Good written skills.

Soft skills & politeness.

Familiarity with computers and MS Office.

Work experience in Customer Service will be considered an advantage.
