Customer Service Agent (M,F) : E-Health Platform French

Shift:
Monday To Friday:
07:00AM - 05:30PM (Rotational shifts)
2 days off: Saturday and Sunday

Tasks:
Advise healthcare professionals and accompany them by telephone in their use of the software, both by answering incoming requests and by calling them proactively.
Train them in the use of our services by phone.
Ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received by email.
Advise and answer client questions about the product.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Profile:
French C2
English B2
Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
