What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Manage incoming phone calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools Follow clients' communication procedures and guidelines Take the extra mile to engage customers Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of German (written and oral) (C1) Good communication in English (B2) Excellent communication skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative Problem-solving Mindset and be confident at troubleshooting and investigation If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
