If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) , you will act as a point of contact for our banking company clients and provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency.
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Manage incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
Follow clients' communication procedures and guidelines
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
Your qualifications

Have a high level of German (written and oral) (C1)
Good communication in English (B2)
Excellent communication skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
