In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements
Excellent communication skills in German (written and verbal) and English (for internal communication)Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.To be entitled to this position, you need to be EU citizen or have a valid VISA to work in Portugal
