Description: As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills in German (written and verbal) and English (for internal communication).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
To be entitled to this position, you need to be an EU citizen or have a valid VISA to work in Portugal.
Offer: Shift works 7-16 or 12:30-21:30 (Monday to Friday).
Weekends can be done by agreement and with extra payment.
