Job Description

Handles incoming calls or inquiries from clients: by email, chat or phone;
Assists customers effectively by solving problems;
Provides customer additional information or explains services;
Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction;
Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public;
Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required;
Accurately captures customer information;
Creates and maintains service reports.

Qualifications

C2 or Native level of written and verbal communication skills in: French;
Good command of English (B2 Level);
Minimum: High School Diploma;
Proficient in using computers (Windows, MS Office, and other common software);
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset;
Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously;
Ability to multitask;
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations;
Possess strong problem-solving skills.
