If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) , you will be the first line of contact around the entire Service Retail and support our customers with their questions. Customers are from all over the world, so in order to be successful in this role, you must be fluent in English and understand basic German.
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Manage incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
Follow clients' communication procedures and guidelines
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Your qualifications
