Linde Global ServicesCustomer Service Advisor (m/f/d)Porto, Portugal | req18560What you will enjoy doingYou will provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business.Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job.Ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master.In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.).You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.What makes you greatMinimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role.You speak the language required in the specific market (native or C2: Dutch) and English level B1 (preferred).SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fulfill this role.You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred.Further you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints, etc.).You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.Why you will love working with usAt Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
