Position : Customer Service Advisor (Italian)
Location : Porto, Portugal

Remuneration : Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer support to Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service.
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
Closely work with other departments, for example Sales and Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Italian both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers.
Ability to handle stressful situations well.
Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable).
Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you).
Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you.
Curious and persistent in solving issues.
Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
OFFER:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement.
Workload: 40h/week (full time).
