TopTalent Recruitment Agency is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their teams in Porto.WORK MODEOn siteDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channelsSupport our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and serviceActively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchantsClosely work with other departments, for example Sales and MarketingREQUIREMENTSNative/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customersAbility to take stressful situations wellPrevious Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for youCurious and persistent in solving issuesOrganized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situationsOFFERWorking hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreementDays off: 2 days (rotative)Workload: 40h/week (full time)A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereFood vouchersGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialTRAINING DURATION30 calendar daysSCHEDULEMonday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
