We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their teams in Lisbon.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.Support merchants with all questions and inquiries about our product and service.Actively work on optimizing all processes related to our customers, constantly increasing merchant satisfaction.Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain product and/or service expertise clearly, resolving issues in the first customer contact.Ability to handle stressful situations well.Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is preferable.Enthusiastic and skilled in using technology applications (smartphones, tablets, computers).Committed to providing good and customer-friendly service as a top priority.Curious and persistent in solving issues.Organized with the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
Offer:
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00, with the possibility to extend late shifts until 21:00 as per client agreement.Days off: 2 days (rotative).Workload: 40 hours per week (full time).A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Food vouchers.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.Training Conditions:Duration: 30 calendar days.Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
