What you will enjoy doing

You will resolve customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business.

Furthermore, change and maintain customer's data on the system.

You will ensure that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained.

Ensure good relationship with customers.

What makes you great

You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily.

You have a C2 level of French and B2 level of English.

Furthermore, you are pro-active, focused on responding promptly to action.

You have SAP and Office tools basic knowledge is preferred.

Able to work in a results oriented team.

Minimum required secondary school.

This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
