David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their teams in Porto.Position: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Porto, PortugalWork model: On-siteEmployment type: permanent contractRemuneration: Base salary + bonusesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer support to French-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channelsSupport our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and serviceActively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchantsClosely work with other departments together, for example Sales and MarketingREQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in French both verbal and written (C2 level).
