What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in Italian Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.g., card readers) and software issues.
Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems.
