If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) , you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
Provide account and application support to viewers concerning software functionality
Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries
Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Clients
Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) / knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Have familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices concerning audio video and home appliances
Have proficient PC skills
Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations
