What you will do in this role
Efficiently organize and book appointments for customers
Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
Provide excellent customer service both via phone and email
Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and procedures
Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations
Your qualifications
Proficient or bilingual in Portuguese with advanced Spanish
Excellent organizational, listening and communication skills
Detail oriented, open-minded, communicative and adaptable to different types of customers
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
It will be a plus if you have:
Interest in the healthcare industry
Previous experience in customer service or Backoffice
Experience with Salesforce
