What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical app's features, functionalities, and capabilities.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients using the pharmaceutical app.
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagements.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Your qualifications

Have a high level of German (written and oral) C1.
Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
Are familiar with Backoffice tasks.
Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service.
You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
