What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Demonstrate ownership of user issues/concerns until resolution or escalation.
Compose empathetic and customized messages when in contact with the users.
Receive telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
Investigate, identify, and escalate issues appropriately, prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters.
Your qualifications

Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues.
Have previous experience in Customer Service (preferably in the Hospitality industry).
Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
