What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will: Help customers with from simple tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints.
Focus on providing first-class customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit Are available for rotating schedules Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
