As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you are responsible for the best possible cash flow planning for our customers with Agicap. You will ensure optimal stakeholder management by a) familiarizing our customers with our software, b) setting up liquidity planning with our customers and identifying potential for improvement and c) providing 360-degree support to our users throughout the entire onboarding period.
You will receive the expertise you need for this from the AGICAP Customer Success Team. During an intensive 4-6 week onboarding period, you will be familiarized with our work processes and gain comprehensive product knowledge about our liquidity planning tool in order to advise even our most demanding SME customers.
Your mission : As the main point of contact, you are responsible for ensuring outstanding product implementation for our customersAs a consultant and contact person, you build relationships with users and decision-makers and ensure the necessary change management for the successful use of AgicapAs a product expert, you lead product training with new customers and determine the ideal setup based on our customers' goalsAs the voice of the customer, you contribute to the further development of our product by sharing customer feedback with the product teamContribute to Agicap's growth by actively identifying upsell opportunities with customers and working with the sales team to close themWhat we are looking for : You have successfully completed your studies in the form of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in business administration, economics, international business or a related fieldYou have at least 2 years of professional experience in account management, customer success, consulting, IT project management or another role with customer contact.
