Compensation & Benefits Package Salary & Incentives Monthly Base Salary: 830 EUR gross (14 payments per year) 11,620 EUR annually Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR /day (~1,908.72 EUR annually) Role Complement: 10 EUR /month (~110 EUR annually) Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month (~240 EUR annually) Performance Bonus: 140 EUR /month (~1,680 EUR annually) Total Annual Potential Income: ~15,558.72 EUR gross, including bonuses Additional Benefits Health Insurance: Immediate coverage from Day 1; free after six months.
Flexible Scheduling: Rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday (8:00 AM7:00 PM), with two days off per week.

Your Responsibilities As a Customer Care Specialist at French Television Services , you'll: Handle inbound calls and assist customers in the after-sales process , resolving inquiries and providing technical support.
