Cars2click is an international car trading company focused on car export using Artificial Intelligence (AI) based digital solutions to improve the efficiency, competitiveness, and online strategy of car dealers.
Cars2click Portugal Unipessoal, Lda. is a subsidiary of Cars2click AB and the centre of administrative and financial operations.
We are moving forward and expanding. We are now establishing a new Customer Care Team which will be a very important part of our next steps.

Our Customer Care Centre is a new team which we are developing to collaborate directly with new customers. You will be supporting these new customers in signing up to our solutions. This is the starting level, but for some who like to be involved in the sales process, you might even support customers buying cars.
We are looking for people with the right drive and skills needed to give top service and help our customers get started using our online shop, select and buy the best cars. Your role will be very important to promote our company, develop our network of car buyers, increase and expand our customer databases, activate sleeping customers, and retain them.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (mandatory).
Other language is a plus (German; French; Dutch).
Work Permit (mandatory).
Microsoft Office knowledge.
Team spirit / work.
Passion for cars.

Conditions:

Fixed salary + meal allowance + commissions.
Presential work (mandatory) – Lisbon office.
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
