We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our client's customer support team for a leading website solutions company.
Responsabilidades Chave Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues. Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support. Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Competências Native or advanced French (C2) proficiency;
Intermediate level of English (B2);
Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Principais Benefícios What do we have for you?
- Base salary of 890€/month;
- Complexity bonus up to 90€/month;
- Meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays), 24/7, with night shift;
- 2 days off: 2 day rotational;
- Working contract: 6 months (renewable);
