Grab the opportunity to join a team in a dynamic organization that values innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction! We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Care Credit Specialist. Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Credit Specialist, you will be a crucial part of a Customer Care Team, focusing on providing support for the organization's underwriting needs.
Key responsibilities include: Returned Goods Requests (55%):
- Identify the need for product returns using complaint tools.
- Obtain necessary approvals from various departments for returns.
- Enter return orders in SAP and coordinate with local logistics.
- Process financial transactions related to confirmed returns in SAP.
- Liaise with Customer Service to ensure timely communication with customers.
- Ensure all data is accurately reported in our complaint tool (SFDC). Financial Adjustments (20%):
- Execute financial transactions, including credits, debits, and price adjustments linked to complaints.
- Gather necessary approvals based on established matrix.
- Report data in the complaint tool (SFDC) in a timely manner.
- Inform all impacted functions about executed financial transactions.
- Execute other required financial transactions triggered by Credit & Collection or Customer Service. Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or service activities with a Pan-European scope.
- High school degree; commercial school education.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and at least one other European language.
- Strong computer skills with high proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience with SAP & SFDC.
- Customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Conversant in logistics and supply chain, with experience in invoicing. Physical Environment
General office environment.
Daily phone use for five or more hours. Contractual conditions
Contract initially with Adecco.
Attractive salary, commensurate with experience.
Monday to Friday. 3 days at the office and 2 at home, weekly.
