Qualifications: Fluency in French (C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
