Our client is recruiting for German speaking Product Support Advisers in Athens for their Pandora project!
The Job.
As a jewelry ambassador, you will: - Provide professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat and emails - Answer and solve eCommerce client's requests - Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e., order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud order and returns) - Inform customers about new offers and products - Guarantee client's satisfaction and high level of quality - Ensure and participate in the success of the department The Profile.
