Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

Providing service to the A&F clients via phone, email, chat and social media platforms

Providing product information to the customer

Handling the clients' queries regarding their orders, account accessibility, payments, and stock availability

Follow up with customers

Requirements
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

You have a fluent level of French (a good level of English would be a plus)

Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year

Working hours: full-time on rotating shifts Monday to Sunday 7:00AM-7:00PM. 40h/week

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:

Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month

Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month

For international candidates:

Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months

Airport pick up

Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
