Crm & Loyalty Manager

Our client, a leading multinational hotel group with over 100 hotels in 16 countries, is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager to take charge of their loyalty program and lead the CRM and Marketing Automation strategy. This role is an exciting opportunity to optimise the digital customer journey, ensuring smooth operation and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, activate, and retain members of the loyalty program.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program across hotels and B&Bs, ensuring member satisfaction.
• Analyse data to refine program offerings and create personalised experiences for members.
• Manage promotional campaigns to highlight the benefits of the loyalty program.
• Utilise customer data to identify target audiences for marketing automation campaigns.
• Plan and implement the digital customer journey through automated marketing processes.
• Outline every step of the customer journey, identifying key audiences, communication triggers, channels, content, and available offers.
• Create detailed reports to assess campaign performance at each stage of the journey and provide actionable recommendations.
• Continuously refine and optimise the digital journey and communications to boost conversion rates and elevate the customer experience.
• Suggest creative and innovative solutions to meet evolving customer needs and adapt to market changes.
• Keep informed of the latest industry trends, best practices, and innovations to stay ahead of the competition.
What You Bring:
• A Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related area.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Consulting or a related field.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs, CRM, or Marketing Automation strategies.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
