Position Summary The CRM Data and Analytics Expert is an Above Market Point of Contact, supporting the market teams on analysing the performance of their CRM campaigns and providing recommendations on areas of improvement. It will prioritize the global team as well on providing macro insights related to the various market CRM programs. The Expert will be responsible for extracting, organizing, and analysing data to gain insights into user behaviour, preferences, and trends, helping improve overall business performance and supporting Digital Manager(s) to orchestrate & accelerate dashboard deployment, adoption of analytics use cases, documenting analytics successes and building capabilities. The Expert will look above market at valuable use cases, and drive analytics and insights from the data available to them from the tools.

A day in the life of... Expert will support SBU/Zone Digital Manager(s) and Marketing Teams in defining data strategy for the CRM team, use cases for analytics, and opportunities for data to drive decisions in the business.Expert will support Market Teams and the Global Team on analysing 1st Party Data, CRM Campaign Data and Website Data to identify patterns, trends and correlations that can provide valuable insights for decision making and strategy development.Must perform segmentation of the consumer base, based on various criteria such as declared user preferences, purchasing behaviour and engagement levels to support the creation of targeted and personalized experiences.Must provide high level analysis on CRM trends, opportunities and answer burning business questions.Must build analytics capabilities in markets with hands on learning and use case adoption.Expert must work to ensure level one dashboards are deployed in markets and at business level and they adopt global solutions for efficiencies and to drive above market business analytics capabilities.They are responsible for driving the implementation of a fully-automatic CRM Performance Dashboard that markets can leverage for reviewing day-to-day performances of their local CRM campaigns. Develop documentation and guidance to help Markets understand and interpret data to help develop the capabilities in the teams.They are responsible for working with businesses to ensure priority markets meet all pre-requisites for global level two dashboards - i.e. adopting global media naming conventions and global tagging plans for websites. Expert must support businesses and markets with capabilities training when it comes to data KPIs, first party data value exchange and growth strategies, data governance best practice and delivering the global data capabilities training and courses.Expert must use global guidance to help set KPIs and benchmark against external performance, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the CRM initiatives through those KPIs, while providing actionable recommendations for improvement.CRM Data & Analytics Expert must adopt global guidance on analytics service line best practice, and work with businesses and markets to define business use cases to be answered by the new service.What will make you successful More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with global brands, with preference focus on the CRM field.Proven CRM data analyst experience - taking data and analysing to provide measure campaign performance and providing KPI performance scoring.Experience on feeding predictive models to contribute to journeys, someone that is used to look for Data to feed CRM programs.Experience in data boarding visualization and building: PowerBI, Adverity, Data Studio experience a plus.Previous experience in marketing and campaign management. Agency or account management a plus.
